Malevich's Venuses (2025)

100x80 cm
Mixed media, acrylic, resin, varnish on cotton canvas
"Malevich's Venuses" is a visual dialogue between two artistic eras: the refined softness of Botticelli's Renaissance and the bold simplicity of Malevich's Russian avant-garde. The female figures echo both the Venus from The Birth of Venus and the peasant women from Suprematist compositions of the 1920s. This work is an experiment in merging these worlds — showing how beauty can transcend time through simple forms and primary colors, whether in classical or modern expression.
